Our Founder

Iridia Dental was founded by Dr. Kulsum Husain, principal dentist, marathoner, and mother—born and raised in Mumbai. With over two decades of experience, Dr. Kulsum combines global expertise with a deep passion for patient care.

Since graduating in 2001 from Government Dental College, Mumbai, she has trained at leading institutions worldwide, including:

State University of New York, Buffalo– Certification in Aesthetic Dentistry
European Association of Osseointegration– Masters Diploma in Implant Dentistry (2027)
King’s College, London– Advanced training in root canal treatment techniques
Mentorship under Prof. Giovanni Zucchelli, Italy-Regenerative gum surgery

Her passion lies in preserving natural teeth, preventing disease, and reconstructing smiles that enhance both health and beauty.

why 'IRIDIA' ?

The name Iridia is inspired by Iridium, one of Earth’s rarest elements. Found in rock layers that mark the end of the dinosaur era and the dawn of a new age, iridium is a symbol of transformation and new beginnings.
